Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6391 Posts	Posted 02/06/2012 1:03 pm The obverse tone masks the luster but based on the reverse I'd say it's mint state. There are enough hits and abrasions to limit it to MS-63 or so. The toning is pretty but not "special" enough to bump the grade any higher.
