MS-63+ Big hit on cheek, and lots of little ticks, keeps it lower than a 64 for me. But sure has nice color.

The obverse tone masks the luster but based on the reverse I'd say it's mint state. There are enough hits and abrasions to limit it to MS-63 or so. The toning is pretty but not "special" enough to bump the grade any higher. It could however help bring a premium price if/when you want to sell.
