The 1 reale coin is essayer Rincon, one of the earliest and most scarce to find (1536-1538) - catalogued as KM7.
The 2 reales was made between 1538 and 1541 by essayer P (I've no clue of its name) - catalogued as Nesmith-25a, KM11
The 4 reales was made between 1538 and 1541 by essayer G (I've no clue of its name either, except that it's a very early one) - catalogued as Nesmith-11, KM17

I should have posted this in the first place for those not in this type - I often forget that we are in a "world" section here, not a spanish section :p

Assayer R is Francisco del Rincon.
Assayer P is Pedro de Espina.
Assayer G is Juan Gutierrez.
