I will definitely enjoy the few years before my boy learns how to talk and talk back :) I do have another stash, just bars, started for when the boy turns of age. That one will be the take-this-and-get-out-of-my-house fund.

Bravo! A well thought out "Get my mental health back plan". It's good to get those in place early.

Yep... and like sons everywhere, he will be simply amazed at just how much his old man has learned by the time he reaches 25 or so. As to kids in general... yes, they are great but by the time they reach 18-20 years old both they AND their parents are ready for them to get out on their own. I once knew an old fellow who claimed that we could expect anything from our kids... anything at all... except gratitude, that is.

awesome collection...I too like the idea of placing coin on their geographic location on the map.

A map made of silver no less :) The Royal Geographic Society silver map is a nice piece in and of itself. It will be a gift for my folks for their wedding anniversary.
Once I'm satisfied with my world silver collection, I'm going to piece the silver coins using their geographic locations together and fame it, making a map of the world represented by each country's silver coins. (Then I'm going to win the lottery and do the same in gold)

I don't know how to post pictures in anyone's thread thread other than my own.....
Can someone help me out with this ridiculous problem?
I swear I know why my old hockey team always called me Rain-man, as I have a mind for crazy stats and information, but some of the most common easy remedial tasks fly right over the top of my head, lol....
I will start a new thread for now an post a picture of my first Canadian maple, in which I did NOT get from my Canadian brother from another mother who started this thread, but I did grab a few from Pobox as well that I will post when they arrive....

Can someone help me out with this ridiculous problem? Just use a website like Imageshack, and once you upload you picture, copy the "Forum Code" and then post it.

@the hawk: Hit the "Reply to Topic" link directly on top of the Quick reply box (were I assume you usually use to reply within a thread). Once there you'll have the full complement of buttons that you must know how to use already since you've posted pictures in your own thread before.

Yes, that rhino coin is great, a wonderful addition to most any silver collection. Looking at the wildlife coins is a bit like a trip to the zoo.

Hey thanks on the replies to my picture posting issue, and it is rather ridiculous what my dyslexic self was doing. I kid you not I was never diagnosed as dyslexic, but you could not tell my by crazy mind patterns.... QUICK REPLY is how I always post, kind of embarrassing as like I said, Rain-man, lol. And obviously QUICK REPLY does not allow for all those other options.... Above QUICK REPLY is option for New topic, New Poll, Reply topic, Topic, subscription, Send to Friend and Printer friendly.... My dyslexic brain has not picked up on that line in over a year, as when one starts new post, they have all those options to begin with, like like goofy guys to add in an what not. I always add them in by "revising my thread or post", also to fix all my run on sentences, bad spelling/grammer, basic gibberish, even though you can take a real ugly piece of junk car, and paint it up real nice, but in the end a lemon is a lemon, lol..... rof
