Are there any known Jefferson 1946 silver alloy planchet errors? Would seem likely to me some may have been made with all the other errors rolling around out there. I have had two 1946 nickels in hand that had that same look that silver War Nickels do. Just wondering if I passed up on something worthwhile.
Rest in Peace

It's certainly possible, even likely. There's a ccf member with access to sofisticated enuf equipment to test it, but weight won't work.

No images, just was an afterthought to keep an eye out for if it is possible. I don't have them anymore, but if it was conceivable I would be more diligent in the future
