I like the new holder. It's like the old PCGS holder and the NGC edge-view holder got together and had a baby.

I Agree with Nickel Guy. F 12. In my opinion it just misses vf 20 by a small amount of wear on the diagonal bands and some detail in Libertys feathers.

VF-25. Obverse too weak for VF-35 but strong reverse.
