I don't know the specifics...but I would be willing to say "Light to Moderate" would be between No doubling and Strong Doubling. I know that probably sounds obvious but If you first get to know what the date/feature should look like with out doubling you can then distinquish Light Doubling as compared to Strong Doubling. Here are two pics of which I would say one is Light Doubling and one picture with Strong Doubling.
To me this is not a exact science. I could be way off. But this is my opinion of the two.
These are from a 2011P and are from Coppercoins website
Light-a little extra thickness than a normal 2011 and very slight notching

And would consider this Strong Doubling (alot of thickness and very nice notching)
