Whats the general opinion on these things? Worth getting graded?

I am not hopeful the change the Mints policy about circulation will cause a sudden rush of demand on the originals.

Definitely not worth getting slabbed.

You can keep a few to have a set of them. The value really won't go up on them over the years, since so many millions were saved as BU. They do look nice in a holder or album though, since there are so many different designs.

Rolls of them ? .......I'd say no.

But since you pay a premium on them from the Uncirculated Sets and the Proof Sets (AND the Silver Proof Sets), I figure, why not make a Proof album of them ?
It would be a waste to "just spend" these.....
SOMETHING should be done with these, since they do cost a premium.....you ARE stuck with them.
Why not use the ones taken from these Sets in the best way possible as a "coin collector" ?

The Uncirc's can make a nice folder too.....though they will tarnish in the folder, but still always worth a buck !
(I'm not sure that I'd wanna waste the money on an "album" for the Uncirc's.....though it would be healtheir for the coins)

But I wouldn't collect "BU bank rolls" of them......or hoard any business strike singles of them......no reason to with current or future value, or even simply "coin collecting", IMO.
For kids.....it would be/is fun to make the folders as you go along....very cheap to do. The "condition" of them may or may not be important to you or them in this endeavor.

But this will be the extent of "my" Presidential dollar coin collection.

Now I "DO" have a slightly different view with the Native Dollars (the Sacajewea's) ...........
