It is called a MAD. Yours is not off enough to have a premium. Part of the devices has to be missing for it to be keepable.

Probably a MAD...but without seeing the reverse you cannot tell if it's MAD or off center. Either way, as Chuck said...very common.

lol figures that's my luck I went threw 10 rolls yesterday at lunch and that was in there and a 1953 Wheat penny I need to get a loupe or a magnify glass where is the best place to get one and what is the better glass to get 4x 10x
