Here's the another roman coin I purchased in a lot today, this one I have no idea on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a Valentinian I.

You may be right, but it could also be Valentinian II, possibly RIC 31:

Thessalonica, 375-378 AD., AE 18mm. DN VALENTINI-ANVS PF AVG, pearl diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right / GLORIA RO-MANORVM, emperor advancing right, holding labarum and dragging captive behind him. Left field: M; Right field: star over Gamma; Mintmark: TES.

It could be a Valentinian II. I didn't spend much time working on the coin.

After looking at some ebay examples I too think its a valentian II dragging captive, thanks for the help!

That portrait is way too beefy to be Valentinian II.

My thought from looking at it was that the bust reminded me of Val I's busts; they look chunkier and older than Val II.
