I found this today roll searching and now I'm wanting some opinions. All of the letters in United States of America show what looks like doubling. There is what seems to be some in ONE of ONE CENT as well.

I don't think the "C" looks like MD. The top of the "C" looks especially odd (to my untrained eye).

Is it listed in the Cherrypickers book?
