Just snagged this dime for cheap on ebay not too long ago (not including the shipping charge mind you), was wondering if anyone can put a grade on this beauty based on the sellers pics. My guess is about EF 45, but I could be wrong.

EDIT: Upon closer inspection it looks to be cleaned... I hope this isn't the case and that it's just the planchet it was punched on.

I received the coin yesterday. My fears were confirmed as it has been cleaned. However considering the fact that I got it for well below melt value I simply can't argue. Would it still hold any numismatic value being cleaned?

Good buy! In the great condition it's in I would say it certainly has numismatic value above melt in spite of being cleaned.
