I received the coin in a bag of foreign coins. I saw something that said it was a semi-key. I just need to know what to put down as a est. value. Thanks for any help.

It's a NORWAY 5 Ore KM# 368, mintage is on the lower end for this year: 300,000
It has a premium over higher mintage years, around $12 in VF

Thanks DV. I paid $13 for two bags of world coins at the pawn shop and have found about $50 value in 6 coins. Oldest was 1892, newest was 1970. Most of them were 40's and 50's some were au/bu. Still have hundreds more to identify.

Krause is almost always too low on Norwegian coins, but here they are more or less correct, at least as far as pointing out what you can get for it locally. A Norwegian coin shop would charge more.

It sounds like you made a good deal with your two bags. Lots of fun as well, I would expect, trying to find treasures.
