1960 "Bar Zero" Nickel With "Bar Ert"?

Was going through some nickels I had today and found this 1960 nickel. I know that the 1960 is known to have the bar error on the 0 of the date from a die break/chip, but I noticed the ERT in Liberty also had bars above them. Did I find a rarer error coin? or is this common for this date?

Die chip but being on the rim, this would be a small Cud.
