Kerry,
The easiest way would be ANACS.You don't have to be a member as with PCGS and NGC.You can go to there website and download a submission form or you can call them and they will send you all the info you would need to submit. https://www.anacs.com

That depends on your definition of "graded." The easiest way is to post pictures here, and let us have a shot at it.

A point to be made is, you'd be best served by making sure that the value of the coins exceed the cost of grading.

Get a copy of Phoptograde or the ANA Grading Standards (Whitman Publications) and compare your coin to the pictures. Numismatics is only a hobby. These hair-splitting grades have ruined the enjoyment of collecting for fun.

Post decent pictures of the coins on a board like this one and let us have a look. If the pictures aren't good, you won't get any accurate responses. The BEST and CHEAPEST way...learn how to grade yourself. But, we can also help. Putting them in plastic is the least efficient and most costly way to do it, especially with material that may not be worth putting into plastic tombs in the first place.

I like that term "plastic tombs" for slabbed coins. They are so ridiculous and sterile. I bought a common 1892 quarter in G-4 that arrived encased in one of these plastic tombs, with a certificate of authenticity. I idea of a hobby is to have fun with it. I agree that we should learn to grade coins ourselves without all the hair-splitting grades of MS. An uncirculated coin is like a person who has been locked up in an overly protective house and has never experience the world and all its life. It is insipid and without character or history, useless as the idle rich.
