I ordered some "uncirculated" Mexican coins from the 1980s. Nothing special but it did fill a bunch of holes in my Mexican type set. They arrived today and were (1) not uncirculated and (2) packaged loose (without 2x2s) in the same little baggie where they rubbed together and dinged each other in transit.

I was going to leave a neutral, largely based on the shipping. The incorrect grading doesn't have me too upset - the lots was cheap, most of the coins look ok and AU examples are all I really need for my set anyway. When I tried to leave my feedback, I was told I couldn't do so for 7 days and I should contact the power seller and "work it out." I'm not exactly sure what to expect from him but something along the lines of "beat it, noob" is likely.
I'm relatively new to
ebay - is this common? Does this happen whenever you leave a negative/neutral or do power sellers get a 7 day cooling off period for non-positive feedback? Sorry for the newbie questions - and the rant.
