Prior to the corrosion, I can see it possibly being a G6 coin, maybe VG8.
My point is how wishy washy PCGS has become. Their slabs say genuine on some, details on others. I guess they cover themselves by stating, "not gradable".

the new PCGS slabs will have a grade and not just genuine, so the answer is yes they now do have a net grade on their labels instead of genuine

You can request a details grade when submitting to PCGS. The default is still "Genuine" with a numeric problem code. When you request details grades, the main problem is printed on the label.

PCGS started doing details grades on "genuine" slabs maybe six to eight months ago.

And there is no way that is a VG details coins. G-4 yes, VG no. Net maybe Fair-2.
