So... I've been going through nickel rolls, but other than "the older the better" rule, are there any particular to watch out for?

Thanks!

A lot of people here are filling out the albums, so they are keeping 61 and before. 42-45 (with the large mint mark on the back) are War Nickels, and contain 25% silver.

35 percent silver to be exact, nickels are also the easiest to find errors in Cuds, partial collars, and larger misaligned dies are all findable and worth saving

Just found a 1939! I checked the value online. Seems a shame it's only worth 5-10 cents... It's...so...old...!

There you go, the '39 has a double-die. Famiarize yourself with the varieties, it makes it that much more fun.
