Whoa thar partner, I'm confused, your original post here was dated 5/18 @ 3:45, on 5/19 @ 5:50 your already bent outa shape? It has been barely over 1 day, give the guy a chance to look up his records and investigate what happened. If he is large volume sender it could take couple days or even 3 or longer to figure out what happened. Even if you used email, this guy could have 150 emails to answer or to address, I say give him little more time--I have waited up to 5 days on couple occasions--the guy has a life to u know-- . In each of my cases all was resolved to my advantage---feedback is left AFTER the buyer is TOTALLY happy--heck, even as a seller I leave fast feedback and once the buyer receive my stuff, many time they don't even bother to leave me a positive--- Irks me a bit when I'm sending high end stuff-- PS: nobody has said this, but haven't you figured, your up on the deal? You received a bunch of quarters over nickels? $10.10 in quarters/nickels, vs $1.10 in nickels? In my opinion, your up on the deal, I would give him a positive and keep the quarters & my mouth shut LOL--

I'm just saying that it's alarming that e-mails are being bounced back. Just gives me an useasy feeling about the transaction.

I understand, but his email could be down, try sending an email thru ebay again and not directly, those addy's COULD be different. Even so, your original email got thru no? If not, do what I asked above, send email thru ebay and not directly and see what happens.. Cisco

The first e-mail was to the address on the business card provided in my package. Been a day and a half so I thought well maybe a SPAM filter got it. So I decided to send an e-mail that was listed on the auction for customer service and thats the one that got bounced back to me.

The fact that the second email bounced makes it a possibility that this seller is withdrawing from ebay. If it hadn't bounced, things would be a little different. Unfortunately, ebay is not a place where patience is always the best way to go. If the email address is no longer valid, that is a very bad sign and the only way to possibly receive a refund or have any action taken is before the seller empties his Paypal account. It is unfortunate to have to take steps this early, but sometimes it's necessary.

The thing is that I'm not so sure the seller is withdrawing from ebay as they are advertising pre-sales of the Oregon State Quarters. I may just wait until tomorrow mid morning and see if I get a response. Then if not, then action will be taken. But nonetheless, the situation doesn't look good if the e-mail bounces. Don't know if this is a concern, but their feedback rating is 99.5%. David quote: Originally posted by Susanlynn9

Thanks. As I said in my email, I think patience is the right course in this case. This seller has recently corrected a problem with a buyer, so I think he'll take care of yours.

Still no response from the seller on the mistake. I think I might just give up on it and keep what was sent to me. What do you think? I mean it's only less than $10, maybe I should just take the small loss.
