Would this get a details grade due to the gouge in the middle of the Eagle's wings?  Other than that it has a lot of detail left. Thanks, Joe

Hmm , I love these things , (gota few myself)
But just having a tough time making out the detail and or wear on this one .
any chance (i hate to ask) you could take it outa the flip CAREFULLY Please lol dont want anything to happen cause I asked ..
But if you can break her out and get some nice clear obv/rev photos I (and I'm sure other) could give you a more accurate grade ..
Sry I didnt help much here yet brother , just need alil clearer photos ..

You will need to take it out of the 2 x 2 to photograph it properly. It would then be much easier to grade.

There are 3 large gouges in a prime focal area and may be some environmental damage. Your coin does have close to AU level detail. I would the coin in acetone for a few hours, rinse, pat dry, and put in an Ait-Tite. I doubt and major TPG would holder it problem-free.

Yeah, shame about the scratches, I agree with EF-40 details. Nice Flying Eagle.

XF45, but it will not grade problem free because it appears to have some corrosion.
