I think it looks more like an O with an O on top and an O on Bottom. I had never seen one with this clear of an over mint mark inside before this one. (or are you really unsure due to the way your MM is looking) I just saw either vam#4 or #28 (28 seems none were graded above a Anacs au53 ? ) ...
