Good day,

I came across this cent yesterday. Does this appear to be post-mint damage or, perhaps, a Grease Filled Die issue? Any thoughts are welcome.

What's the date? If it's after 1982 (it looks like post-1988 from the picture), that much damage would expose zinc, and I don't see any. That makes me think it's an extensively grease plugged die.

Struck through error. (Grease) The rim appear complete and untouched. The devices would have been harder to remove without touching these and the copper plating is still in tact.
