I've had it since I was a kid, and I honestly can't remember where I even got it from. I've searched online and can't even find a coin similar to it. I took a pic with my cell, but it's not the greatest. So I'll describe it:

It's silver in color (not sure if it's real silver or not). Around the outside of the face it says "AIRCREW TRAINING AND REHEARSAL SUPPORT" "LOCKHEED MARTIN INFORMATION SYSTEMS."

On the back, the middle circle says "UNITED STATES SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND"

The left says "ANY TIME ANY PLACE"

Anyone have any idea what kind of coin this is?

Looks like you got a "challenge coin". Sometimes manufacturers make them for advertising purposes. Very doubtful that it's actual silver, maybe silverplate.

"Anytime, Anyplace" is the motto for SOCOM "Special Operations Command", as you mentioned from the "coin" impression.

If it is about the same size as a Eisenhower dollar or Kennedy half it is definitely a "challenge coin". The military and its suppliers make these for all sorts of occations. In the military there are even drinking games that revolve around them.
