It sat at my local coin dealer for a long time as no-one wanted it because of the carved initials. We were talking and he mentioned was looking to move it out of his inventory so when I told him I didn't find it that offensive he asked if I wanted it for $22. Of course I bought it. cecoins Valued Member United States 140 Posts	Posted 02/03/2007 4:11 pm ken I would grade it at vf-20 liberty does look solid. liberty has quite a bit of wear stars do not show much detail for for a vf-30.the reverse looks ef to me. over all a nice coin.i think you got a great deal on it. I think it shows more than enough detail for my 19th century type set so its going in. Unfortunately I have an HP computer so those initials haunt me everytime I turn the computer on .
