I'll post NGC grade on Sunday - guess away.

EDIT- just upsized the photo on photobucket about 33% larger, hope this helps.

On the MY screen, this coin comes out at 2 x.
NGC would have examined it with a 10 x loupe.

On the screen, seems to be about MS58 or 60, but impossible for ME to say if it is a long way above MS60 or not. I hope it is.

The picture shows nice contrast between the fields and the devices.

I went to photobucket, deleted it, and re-uploaded it a lot larger over 2000px wide, then came here and changed the code in the link, it also looks about 2x on my computer too, not sure why it's not larger? Try reloading the page shift>while reloading to dump the cached image and force a fresh load? Best I can do for now.

You guys were right on the mark for the most part, this coin was fairly graded, it was broken out of a recent ANACS 64PL holder. ANACS seems to be really tight on giving out fair grades lately, this one proved it, no way this coin is only PL!
