Noting the scrape through the tops of 3 feathers below "OF", what are your grades/comments?

I was surprised with the grade and no mention of the scratch.

Very nice coin. I like the two die cracks on the obverse as well.

WOW! A classic case of market grading. No mention of the scratch, porosity*/late die stage, lamination/die cracks, and graded higher than anyone expected. The other surprise is they didn't give it RB. It's just such a tough date in anything above VF, that they're handing out high grades on any respectable looking coin. I had one of these, obviously MS, but with a thin planchet to the extent that you could only read the D. Sold it for full MS RedBook to a collector serious enough to carry around his own stereo microscope. *Whatever you call it, it looks like an acid treated Buffalo.

Wow even higher than I thought, but it will never get an Eagle Eye sticker!
