So it's school holiday atm so I have taken a break from CCF, and I come back like a week later and like 10 more aussies have join ! (maybe a little exaggeration) It's great finally the aussies are joining :P

That rule helps to protect genuine members from people who may be a little on the dodgy side. Not saying you are of course but there are unfortunately many dishonest people out there. Without knowing id say that in enforcing the rule it helps to prevent one sided 'trades' or basically thefts.

I hope we don't change the flavor of the CCF too much, besides I have a various connections with folks in the good 'ole U.S. of A., as well as the U.K.
I like it just the way it is.

Its hard to find a good Oz. based Coin Forum that has genuine members,this one seems to be gaining a good reputation.

This ia a great forum for Aussies, but I'm sure an Australian grown site will appear soon catering for Aussie coin collectors
Until then, and even if this does happen, this is a great site full of wonderful people and great information

Even if a home grown forum was to pop up I think I would have to stay with CCF becuase I really like the diverse range of members, interests and topics.
