Alright guys and gals, my order placed at 9:05 on 6/22 now has cancel box gone, and they hit my bank account, no tracking as of yet but a mint official told me on Fri that once they charge me shipping will take place very shortly after! So hang in there it appears some people at shipping plant are awake!!

O one more thing, any one with an EXTRA set can PM me, for mint price I'd buy another set. I was gonna get another on last day but didn't like the 10/31 ship date. Thanks and lets hope they keep on cranking these badboys out of warehouse and into our hands!!

My 6/7 4PM ET order was CCed on the 27th but is still "in stock and reserved". If it does not ship today, the CC hold might go away before PBGS actually gets it out the door (that happened twice with the 2011 sets). My 6/23 order still has the cancel box but the CC just got a hold put on this morning. and my 7/3 and 7/5 orders are still listed as backordered.

It looks like PBGS has once again gone back to its old ways, ignoring the mint's SOPs, most notably the FIFO policy and the charge when actually shipped policy. I for one certainly that the mint drops PBGS at the first opportunity. They really haven't handled one major release well since their start with the UHRDE in 2009. They also don't appear to have done anything at all to improve their service. They seem to wait until things calm down and them claim that they did something and everything is better now but as soon as another big product comes along it all falls apart again, exposing the fact that PBGS made no changes at all. The bottom line is that 3 and a half years after the introduction of the UHRDE, no improvements have been made in the way PBGS handles fulfillment and no progress has occurred in their adherence to mint policies.

It still makes no sense whatsoever to me why PBGS uses the hold/charge method for CC orders. There is absolutely no reason for doing this. They should charge the CC when the order is packed and if the charge is accepted then they should generate the shipping label and send the package on its way. At most, a package should actually ship one day after being charged (because of the 3PM shipping cutoff). They are not a restaurant expecting a tip or an auto repair shop working from an estimate. CC holds are used for sales whose final amount is not yet determined, but whose vendor has already invested in the sale. PBGS is not that kind of vendor and should be doing direct CC charging for the actual amount at the actual time of shipment. If the CC charge fails then no shipping label is generated and the packed order should be directed to resolution, either to allow the customer to make good or to return product to stock.

Yes my cancel box is gone, I used my debit card for payment, and they have taken the $ from my account, but no tracking # as of yet.

1st day 12:14 order of 5 sets just shipped....

It is After 3 PM on shipping day 2
And my order Placed on day 1 at 12:08 still has not shipped although
CC does show Pending , but it showed pending last friday
