I bought 4 rolls of wheat cents for $10 from a local dealer last Friday. I found these two in those rolls.

Pardon my lack of DDO knowledge (still learning here), but how could you tell that 1936 was DDO? Because the devices are thicker than normal?

Or is it the notching on the 9 and the 3?

That 1936 is another on my short (maybe not-so-short) list of variety coins which have avoided my capture through the years. One of my favorites! Nice RPM, too.
