Is this considered a DDR it looks like letters to me it goes around the entire rim of the reverse its not the best coin either.

That's what I thought too but the lettering is raised and not indented into the rim maybe I can try and get a better pic. Don't take it the wrong way I'm not judging your experience just trying to learn lol thanks for all the help.

Even if it is letters I do not believe it came from the Mint this way.Some damaged coins are like a cloud in the sky.One may see Lincoln while another may see a bunny wabbit
