Found this DDR 1965 Washington 25c and cannot find any information on it. I do not own that valume of th CherryPickers' Guide.

Anybody have any idea on attribution and value for an XF Speciman?

Cherry puckers shows DDR in the word quarter. It lists AU-50 at $25 and AU-55 at $35. It does not show your variety.

I am only seeing Die Deterioration Doubling coupled with heavy die wear(flow lines).

That's what I see too. This isn't a doubled die.

No Doubled Die? Darn... I'm just curious How does deterioration of the die effects the legends so "perfectly" (so to speak) That the outsome results in Doubled Die-Like Pattern? Either way I'm holding onto this coin! She is quite a nice error

Die Deterioration Doubling is the result of extreme die wear, it is not an error at all. A die is a negative image of a coin, the fields are the highest point on the die and all of the devices are sunken into the die. As a die wears, the edges of the incuse details wear and chip which causes those devices to become outlined. The deterioration is strongest at the periphery where the die wear is greatest, the devices become enlarged and distorted with successive deterioration.
