Picked these up for a decent price. The koala's and the dragon were more than I would pay for an 1oz and 1/2oz. I bought the maples at $33, and the 1898 (AU-58) Morgan for $24. (Check out my thread in the US coin grading section for better pics on the Morgan.) The Australian coins are really nice! I like the 1/2oz but the 1oz is beautiful.
Overall it was a good week, hopefully more silver in another few weeks. Oh and I hope the pics come out good and you guys like them. (they came out alittle dark)

Dragon and koala in the front are 1/2oz and the one in the back is the 1oz.

Nice perspective photo trick. You could sell the 1/2 oz'ers on ebay for 1oz prices.

Nice!

I have a big question on how would the 1/2 ouncers be appreciated? Do they usually have a lower mintage than the full ouncers? It seems like the half oz timber wolf is a big winner so far. Probably with the sliver price going high, we would see more fractional silver bullion coins coming out.

Very nice additions, CC1. The price on that Morgan was really good. It isn't easy to find such a nice and historic coin so attractively priced. Good job!

I'm not really sure what the mintages are on either coin. I would think they made less of the 1/2oz

very nice pickups, I couldn't really lookup/ tell you the mintages on the 1/2 ounces without the years, but usually they are lower mintages.

They look great. I guess the halves cost what, $25-40? I know the prices for the 1 oz. coins a lot better. Never paid much attention to the going rate of 1/2 oz. offerings. But it seems like the smaller the coin, the larger the premium.
