I've seen a lot of waffled coins, but no waffled pennies. Does the mint just melt error pennies back down? Are clad coins the only ones waffled?

I've had the same problem. I've got all the other denominations, including halves and brass bucks. I've even seen pictures of waffled proofs, and I've seen pictures of waffled cents, but I haven't found any for sale.

I've not seen waffled cents. They probably shred the zinc ones. Melt the others.

I think coop should dump his whole picture folder onto cds and sell them to people for a couple bucks a piece. :) Or host a website of them all. But then again all ya gotta do is ask a question on this forum and he shows up, like BAM! with a picture to put your question in perfect perspective.

I'm not into for the money. I would rather be able to share something that hits the nail on the head in the center. I have over 2400 images on my image host and still adding daily.

With all the info you give here, I kinda thought that, but all those images!

Me being a lot old and a little slow on the uptake, them illustrations and images speak volumes!

I thank you for your time and experience !!
