I just compared this to other examples and I don't see anything suspicious with the mintmark. Given the condition, I think it would probably not be worth much more than melt, so maybe around $1600 at today's spot price. Report this Post to the Staff

Not much numismatic value as already pointed out. Its value will closely track the gold spot price based on the nominal gold content of 0.9675 troy ounce. Report this Post to the Staff
