Hello and welcome to CCF! I can only assume you are talking about the line running through IGWT. In the future it will help if you give an explaination of your question. So if I am not guessing right just let me know. The line you see is not an error. It is from the die deteriorating as it strikes coins. It is very common on the zinc cents.

I would recommend checking out a copy of "The Official Price Guide to Mint Errors" Seventh edition, by Alan Herbert. Read the minting process chapter, and look through the rest of the books for sample of different errors.

The local public library may have a copy also.
