Poll Question
Would you rather have an Au58 with no blemishes or an Ms coin that was baggy?

I would take the nice AU. Better eye appeal and probably easier on the wallet as well. Baggy describes a coin that has a lot of marks.

American coins are dropped into a bag after being minted. The ones on the bottom get hit by the ones on top. And hence have contact marks on them. Also bags of coins were sometimes moved around in kegs, like being rolled in a washing machine; and acquired more marks.
So "baggy" coins are coins that have marks and abrasions from being put into; moved around; and stored in bags.

Au58 over a 62 or 61 most of the time. I've seen some absolutely stunning 58's that should have gone 63 and I have seen some doggy 61 coins that should have been in au50 holders.

MS60 and 61 coins tend to be pretty awful looking. I've seen some pretty nice MS62, so it'd be a toss-up between that and a nice AU58. "Only" MS62

It depends on the series but I picked AU58.
Many nice AU58 coins are in MS61/62 holders these days you know.

'AU' has always been a bit of a misnomer for me. 'About Uncirculated' to me means the coin could be bit above OR below Uncirculated.
Same with 'MS'. Although I accept the terminology, and I understand why a range of 'MS' grades exist. Nevertheless, 'MS' to me means exactly that: 'Mint State', that is, exactly how the newly minted coin left the coining press.
