Just noticed that this seller is selling alot of items from the recent status international auction. In my mind this can only mean one of two things, either he does not actually own these items and if you win the auction you will never receive the coins OR if you win the auction for a price lower than the recent sale price then he will just cancel the sale. I note I am assuming that this guy wouldn't buy the coins in a public auction then sell them a week later for a loss on ebay. See links below for an example. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1911-Uncirc...em3376bf1b90http://www.statusint.com/result_coins.php?id=48

I can't see any problem with the seller getting a fair bit more than the auction price for this coin.

Agree with that. It is just decency to take your own photos of an item.

One true story is that people won the lots from last Downies auction and sold all of them in 3 months with decent profits. The bottom line is whether you have that knowledge and know what people want out there. I made mistakes and still learning

from his feedback, I think he is just trying to make some profit if it's possible

The seller is listed as in WA. Unless he physically went to the auction or had someone go for him, he doesn't have the coins yet. I haven't even received my invoice for the items I won, much less shipped.

Good pickup erkle! Plenty of dealers buy at auctions and sell in their stores for very healthy profits. If you have the smart to do it good luck you.

There is nothing wrong with trying to sell public auction lots at a profit, what I find a little weird though is what happens if he sells them for less than he purchased them for at auction (I assume he will just cancel the sale).
Unlike others I don't have a problem with people not taking their own photos, in reality auction houses can probably take better pictures than more basic set-ups.

I dare say he will just take the loss. there is still a day left and a lot can happen in the last hour of bidding.
