Appears to be a genuine, honestly circulated example of this semi-key date. Numismedia Retail FMV is appx $190. donkrx Valued Member United States 227 Posts	Posted 06/03/2012 10:49 pm Agree with nickelsearcher on the grade and reasoning but it appears cleaned to me. You can see the left obverse field is a darker color (brownish) possibly from some foreign material being stuck into the recess of the field. There's a noticeably higher concentration of parallel scratches specifically on this area of the coin - it looks like someone tried to scrub off some really tough, hardened-on foreign material and only got most of it, leaving the faded brown area.
