How would you grade this? What would be a fair market value?

Thanks!

I grade a solid VG10 ... misses the mark for F12 on the obverse as a result of not seeing the letter "I" in LIBERTY.

Appears to be a genuine, honestly circulated example of this semi-key date.

Numismedia Retail FMV is appx $190.

I agree with VG-10. Assuming it is genuine, I think it would be worth around $140-150.

Agree with nickelsearcher on the grade and reasoning but it appears cleaned to me.

You can see the left obverse field is a darker color (brownish) possibly from some foreign material being stuck into the recess of the field. There's a noticeably higher concentration of parallel scratches specifically on this area of the coin - it looks like someone tried to scrub off some really tough, hardened-on foreign material and only got most of it, leaving the faded brown area.

VG-10 ... may have been cleaned in the past but, if so, most of the evidence of the cleaning has worn off.
