I think it is a VG-10. Very eye appealing coin!

with VG-10 on the reverse but feel the obverse is F-12 based on the amount of Liberty showing. Looks problem free and I would lean toward the F-12 overall.

I think the obverse makes f-12, but the reverse doesn't quite make it, being vg-10. I think it's a tough call but I could see this one making fine. Nice coin
