hello. 1942-d Mercury dime here..just curious if its in any way an error coin? cant tell, doesn't seem to be..but anything that looks out of place please do point out. otherwise give it to me strait:) thanks..

On the 1942-D dime you're looking for traces of a 1 under the left side of the 2 and some doubling to the bottom leg of the 4 which is down and to the left. Look above the red arrows in the picture below.

Sorry to disappoint you macmercury, but the photo was "borrowed". That paticular coin is currently for sale and is graded MS-63 FSB by PCGS. If I should ever find one in some miscellaneous lots of Mercury dimes I'll post pictures here.
