Someone else on this forum mentioned having money dreams so I thought I would share mine. I have always had crazy dreams with vivid details. Since I started collecting coins most of my dreams have had money as their subject.
In last night's dream I bought a tootsie pop, and I paid for it with a 1976 Eisenhower cameo proof. I remember specifically seeing the Bicentennial reverse as I handed it over. After I paid the man, I felt terrible about letting it go and tried to find a reason to get it back. I'm not sure if I did.. Maybe I will get it back tonight!

I hope you do.

Most of my "coin dreams" involve incredible finds, like a long forgotten box of goodies. They are good dreams, until I wake up.

Not sure if good or bad but I'm one of those people that never remembers a dream. Sometimes I remember a dream for a few seconds when first waking up, but then POOF, it's gone.

The other day I had a dream where I was looking to sell some stuff I somehow had. There were some classic and modern gold coins and a 1kg gold bar. Figure they were worth like $50k, then I woke up and was sad.

I sometimes think about getting a mini tape recorder so when I wake up I can record my dreams before I forget anything. I'm sure if I listened to it later I would sound like a lunatic. lol. A friend of mine and I both have pretty crazy dreams all the time and like to tell them to each other.. I think this helps to remember them longer. Its like you train yourself to remember more.

Every once in awhile I have a dream about finding a major score of silver coins at a garage sale or thrift store. The dreams seem so real that when I wake up I feel like it really happened.

Geez just had a dream about gold and silver coins last night. Part of it was a buddy of mine selling a huge pile of gold (roughly 30 gold 1 oz Eagles, a bunch of 5 oz gold bars) to a local dealer at a coin show. Then later in the dream I found a cigar box full of mixed change. Inside it were 1932, 1940, and 1943 Washington quarters, and get this...a 1930 Roosevelt dime lol.

isn't it funny how you KNEW it was a 1930 Roosevelt dime? those details are what make dreams awesome.
I dreamed the other day that a friend died and left me his jewelry store.

Yeah I woke up laughing a bit about that one. It was very clear in the dream that it was a silver Roosie with a 1930 date lol.
