I read this closed auction 3 times and still cannot figure out exactly what the winning bidder won. Seems to state $1,300.00 face value of dollars that sold for 120 something dollars. Pretty happy bidder or pretty upset seller. Or ? http://www.ebay.com/itm/U-S-Mint-un...em4ab874ed97

Sure looks like someone got a bargain. Would be nice if they worked something else out. Oh well!!

Quote: The photo in the ad shows all of the coins we are offering, they can be purchased individually @ 36.00 per roll or multible rolls. So is the winning bid up to $127.51 per roll? This is poorly described!

I could care less what shape any of those coins are in for that face value I would make that deal all day long

Beats me. Even the shipping is off for me. Seller claims shipping will be $6 dollars for up to 8 rolls or $12 for everything over 8 rolls. However the shipping calculator shows $9.65. So I can't even figure it out from the shipping.

With $1300 face value I am thinking the bid is the amount charged over face value, at least that's how it is usually done so that you don't pay fees on the $1300 face. So winning bid on this was most likely $1420.

Oh, that makes sense. That must be correct then. 120 something over face plus the ship. Most likely a priority medium flat rate box cost plus a small handling fee. I did not know that the fee was waived that way. Or shown after the close of the auction.

That's the same seller I guess. Stock/copy photo looks like also. Just another listing.

Hopefully, this will not end up good for the seller.

Wow, what a confusing auction. I can't tell if the buyer got a smoking deal or if the buyer is paying $120 something for a single roll.
