Hi,

I'm going to open a bank account at TD Bank so that way I can use their penny arcade to deposit massive amounts of coin from coin roll hunting. I'm going to open an account online (I've always opened an account at banks in person so this is kind of weird). Once I've opened an account online is there anything else I need to do? How do I prove when I go into a TD Bank that I'm a TD Bank customer and not just a random person who used their Penny Arcade. I know that non members without accounts get charged. Sense I'm not opening an account in person I will not be getting any material possessions to prove I have an account with them like atm card, credit card, or anything. Thanks!

Well just tell them you have an account and you opened it online, then if you have no physical proof they should ask you for your name and address to verify.

Hi Greenprint,

TD banks are pretty easy going in my opinion. I never go in there with my wallet. I just tell the tellers my social and it's easy enough. For some reason the TD banks that don't have penny arcades tend to have staff that give me problems.

TD bank also allows you to open an account with zero balance for 12 months with no fees. So it's great for CRHunter's looking for places to return coin. They won't let you buy the bags though.

I'm not a member of that bank but my assumption is that they will verify you are who you say you are. Some of the things they may do are ask for a photo ID, DOB, SS#, DL#, verify address, verify account #, etc...

My friend, when you first started posting I thought you were a troll, to be honest. But I don't believe you are now. Your just making this whole thing really difficult. I'd suggest just going with the flow. There's no right or wrong way to approach this whole CRHing thing. We all do things different depending on our banking circumstances, our COC (coin of choice), and the banking opportunities that are available. Just use some basic common sense and common courtesy and you'll be good to go. And remember that its a hobby and not a means to an end. If you're only doing it to make money, you're going to be disappointed.

Nope,

I'm no troll at all. Just looking for a quick buck and trying to figure out what is the best way to do so. There's nothing wrong with that lol. I must say that coin roll hunting nickels and quarters is much easier then coin roll hunting pennies and nickels. I could easily go through several thousand dollars a week lol.

Memorize your account number and bring a photo ID.

Be sure to deposit your dump into your account everytime. If you don't, the red flags will come up and you could get cut-off.
