wonghinghi The coin is real - not much doubt on that score.
The weight is heavy but in 1833 at Zacatecas there were quality control issues that resulted in a wider range of weights than normal. This was remedied by a change in management about 1836.
The out of round shape is also fine. The press was open sided no collar and in the early 1830's the punches used to make the blanks that became planchets were presumably rather worn. A worn punch can produce out of round planchets. But so can the strike. With no collar to keep the coin round you get a lot of irregularity.
Zacatecas coins dated 1833 to 1836 can only be compared with other Zacatecas coins of 1833 to 1836. The lettering is typical of that era.
