Update: I did get I believe Wednesday night 2 emails from Goldmart stating my order completed and they sent me a USPS tracking #.

OK, good. That is a bit of good news. Having a valid tracking number for your shipment is good. You should be able to find the shipment and track its progress as it comes your way. Please update this thread again once the shipment arrives.

I did get a valid tracking #. It said it would be delivered by today. I actually got the package on Saturday so the shipping part took 2 days Thur - Sat. It came in a small flat rate postal box. I bought a tube of 20 ASE's which looked fine & 2 Philharmonics, 2 Canadian Moose & 2 Canadian Cougars which came in the 2 coin plastic holders and all 6 were in a postal type carboard sleeve I'd say (never had seen that packaging before). So in the end all is well, I suppose the turn around wasn't to bad I just was concerned by the site never sending me wiring instructions, than the site being down and not being able to get anyone for days and the site still being down. Overall the price was good and the time it took considering their issues wasn't to bad; just the customer service, unable to get someone, no email updates on reciept of payment, no notice that "hey we're moving" on the main website; etc was worrisome to a first time purchaser. I think it's probably cost him business and should of been handled better. The coins are no complaints though.

What a relief, hart! I always stress a little when waiting on a PM deliver but I've never had to go through what you experienced. And hopefully I never will! I'd placed a good sized order with Goldmart maybe a month before yours and had pretty timely delivery. Also, I didn't think much about it at the time but my package did show the Carson City location on the return address. Regardless, I'm just glad to see that GM made good on your order even if they had some pretty critical customer service failures in the process.

I'll probably give Goldmart some business in the future. For now, I'm going to give them plenty of time to finish sorting out whatever problems are still haunting them from their recent office move.

That's good news hartag!

Perhaps once things settle down on their end, delivery will improve.

Yes, that IS good news. Glad to hear that it all worked out as well as it did. For a while there, things were looking a little iffy. GoldMart has a good rep, though, so them coming through for you is not unexpected.

I am sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with goldmart. I have ordered from them a few times and I never had one complaint. Hopefully, this was just a onetime mistake.

Their online ordering system is still down, their online "chat" feature is still down and they still don't have a live spot price feed. I really prefer goldmart's prices, but I just don't feel comfortable ordering anything more from them until they are completely back up and running. I received the initial e-mail announcing their move, but never got the one describing their problems. I've certainly purchased enough from them in the past that you'd think they would put me on the list...

Yeah, I know what you mean, Barry. It's disappointing when a favored supplier sees us as just another customer, never mind the thousands of dollars we have sent their way.

I sent them a polite e-mail yesterday asking if they were still in business and if everything was all right.

No response yet...

... and, having just posted that, I just visited their site and saw that their live spot feed is back up and running. Their online chat is still down, but it's a promising sign.

Yes, it is. Sounds as if they are coming back to life.
