Bottom feather points between CA of America making it a type II. My guess is 1895.

Either 1895 or 1905. It's a Type II coin.

Your coin was struck with a grease clogged die, a fairly common occurrence.

the second digit looks like a 9 more than an 8, id say 1905

After looking at some 1895 and 1905 Indians, I am convinced this is 1895. The 5 on 1895 not quite the same as the one on 1905.

I would've gone with 1905 till I looked at both.
