IMHO, not a DDR/DDO. I am seeing plating issues,die deterioration maybe a minor Grease Filled Die. What does the edge look like? The rim looks interesting from 7 to 12.

I see a completely normal 1991 Lincoln Cent with maybe a little slight weakness in the date and split plating along the L of LIBERTY - Which is still normal.
