help me out please!

the reeding is so sharp you could use it as a nail file,

brilliant luster (i am guessing dipped?)

coin looks MUCH better in hand - aside from that crappy carbon spot :(

grade opinions? cleaned?

AU55 cleaned
There appears to be wear on the eyebrow, earlobe, and cheek of both George and the caribou. The lustre appears broken.
"Dipping" a coin does not improve mint lustre,it impairs it.Repeated or over dipping is a sure fire way to kill the mint bloom.

AU. the spot may very well be the sign of dipping...and not rinsed completely.
After a few years the acidic residue from the dip will appear like this, usually in the denticles. it is very hard to find coins in this grade range that have not been dipped or worse polished. it was the thing to do in the 60's &70's even into the 80's.
