I would imagine ALL ot the State Quarters would be much better in cameo silver proof form.

I have only a humble set, taken from change on a visit to the U.S. recently. Cost me $13, but perhaps more that half of that would be seigniorage to the U.S. People. Cheap and interesting numismatic memento of my visit to the U.S.

I like the Connecticut, but Arizona is nicely done. Also, anything with a Buffalo.

Oh yeah, forgot: the Wyoming one: not-so-good. 50th. (Sorry to dog-pile on, Wyoming!)

i change my vote. I now vote wyoming, mostly to defend it because everyone else hates it. its a great coin, come on!
mississippi is nice, I agree on that one. my mississippi P is actually the nicest in my circulation set. its got some uneven, awesome toning. it was a cool find.

I think the cowboy from the Wyoming quarter is dating the woman from truck mudflaps.

I just had to look at my circulated set again to see which is my favorite. My favorites are Nevada (mustangs running), Arizona (desert sunset), and Oklahoma.

Personally, the Wyoming coin is an emblem of the state and has been on their liscense plate for years. Utah's golden spike sure looked out of sync with the rest of the coin's presentation. Illinois with Lincoln also could work as a liscense plate, to be its just another rendering of their tags.

A number of the coins really look like could do nicely on the back a car. I'm glad that the ATB series does not appear to be going in this direction.

That being said, the whole series is refreshing and a change of pace that the ATB is continuing.

For all you Wyoming haters: What kind of horse is depicted on this coin?

A quarter Horse!
