1976 Clipped Penny Found In A "take A Penny Leave A Penny"

CanadianCollector Valued Member Canada 306 Posts	Posted 07/23/2012 9:57 pm The other day I was at the local convenience store picking up a drink when I spotted a clipped penny in the take a penny leave a penny bin. I took it and left another penny in its place. I am wondering if this coin is a true error coin or if it is faked. If it is the real deal it's my first clipped coin! CanadianCollector Valued Member Canada 306 Posts	Posted 07/24/2012 11:42 am Im going to have a LOT of trouble not searching this cent tray every time I see it now because a week before I found the clipped penny I found this 1964 penny in the same tray!
