It probably does (the grade seems high enough), but we likely need better pictures to be sure.

Agreed the pics need to be clearer. When I enlarged them the resolution suffers. Based on a few guesses from the fuzzy pics I'm thinking N-12. Other comments?

I'd say closer to N-13

Thanks OldSkoolMadSkilz.So thats what it is.it wasnt attributed so I did not know.Too bad all I can do is scan.coin actually much better in hand.just hard to capture all the details with a scanner.thats really neat how you can still tell despite bad photography.I was hoping pcgs had a picture but they did not.

There are 15 different varieties in 1820.

Only three of them have the point of the leaf below the second S in STATES to the right of the letter N-4, 12, and 13. On N-4 the point of leaf (POL) is close to the center below the first A in AMERICA so N-4 is out. On N-12 the POL is just right of the center of the upright of the F in OF. On N-13 it is almost below the edge of the right foot of the F. This is N-13 and it appears to be an early die state. This variety ALWAYS has a crack running through aoo the stars. Usually the crack is very clear but on the earliest die state it is faint.
